ITIL 4 Certification

The ITIL 4 certification enables candidates to look at IT service management with the help of an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery, and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services. The certification can help those who require a basic understanding of the ITIL framework, how ITIL can be used to enhance IT service management, and for IT professionals or others working within an organization that has adopted ITIL. An ITIL certified candidate knows the guiding principles of ITIL 4, four dimensions of Service Management, and the Key concepts from Lean, Agile, DevOps, and why these are important to deliver business value.

There are four levels within the ITIL 4 certification scheme:

  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional

    • ITIL 4 Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value
    • ITIL 4 Specialist High-velocity IT
    • ITIL 4 Strategist Direct, Plan, and Improve

  • Master

Requirements for the ITIL 4 Certification

To take the ITIL Practitioner exam, individuals must hold either an ITIL v3 Foundation or an ITIL 4 Foundation certificate.
