Yes, CCNA is for beginners in networking whereas CCIE (Security) is designed for individuals with expert-level knowledge and experience in the field of network security. 

 

To become a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) you have to pass two certification exams:  Core Exam - Implementing and Operating Cisco Security Core Technologies (350-701 SCOR v1.1)  A Hands-on Lab Exam - CCIE Security Lab Exam v6.1
